There are times when I wish no one reads my blog so that I can post some of my innermost feelings. Bensi rite? Totally defeat the purpose of blogging - to share how u feel with others.

I really see myself in Hotaru. Nvm if u dunno who she is - prob most of u won't know her. She reads almost everything from nothing! She lives in her own lala land - that is how my bestie describe me too. I see what I like to see, I hear what I like to hear. Maybe that is the reason why I can be optimistic.

While some things are going well for me, others are not. I feel bensi. But at other times, I dun think I am that ben side. How contradicting?! Well I reckon life is something like that..

Cest la vie?

As I sit here outside the room, feeling tired and hungry, I couldn't help but be amazed by the number of patients passing me by. It came as a shock when the 20-ish old guy was called to change into the robe provided before doing the scans.He is so young! Is he sick? Or is it just for preventive measures? Not sure - but I hardly think that anyone will resort to scans for nothing. Well, cliche as it might be, but the fact is - life is fragile! And it remains so, or become even more so, with the emerging technology that we deem advanced. We cannot deny that technology has made life a lot better. Yet at the same time, technology has made our lives messy. Ironic isn't it?

Golfing

Tried golfing for the 2nd time last night. The first time was some golf appreciation session held by the company. Yesterday was an outing held by Flora san..

It was pretty fun, with all those stick-out-your-butt poses. Haha I guess I will ultimately pick up this sport. Nevermind that some call this an old man sport! NOT NECESSARILY! It's pretty tiring on the back actually!

Found my golfing partner already - my bestie! I reckon we will start soon!

Blackberry blogging!

Wow this is pretty cool! Blogging via my BB! Hehe never knew this was possible! But while travelling on the bus, I am blogging away at the same time! The wonders of technology hoho

Anyway went out with Karen and Anna ass today again.. Finally passed them their pressies from Bangkok, the land of smiles haha glad that they liked it! What's new? Of course we gossip! Apparently these asses who are working in the same company but differing departments are having loads of fun! Hearing them squabble is exciting enough haha!

Well but prob the job that they are doing is not what I wanted.. Daryl commented yesterday that I would prob not leave the company.. I should think so too! Since I just barely got my confirmation and working here is still pretty exciting for me! And the award I recently gotten... Woohoo!!

Shop Til You Drop Bangkok

Shopped til we dropped! And that was only the first day! Check out the many plastic bags behind us! It was no wonder pple thot we were doing our own business! Hoho

Food! It was another highlight of the trip! Imagine so much food just for the 5 of us! Wow!

The fantastic recommendation of Jason! Regardless of the fact that we had prob communicating with the waitresses, and that Porn's arrival made us all sigh with relief, the shabu shabu was yummylicious!

Fifi is back!

There are so many times that I wanted to pen down my thoughts but due to reasons freaking me out, I refrained from doing so. But reading Adrian's entry today on Esther's bb made me really want to write.

Well, life has been exciting thus far! I just came back from a tiring trip! Although tiring, this journey to Bangkok has been worth all the money and tiredness! It was amazing to be able to spend and buy the way I did in Platinum Mall and Chatuchat! Regardless of the fact that Sutthiporn commented on our 'cheapness', we are 100pct proud of our abilities to buy all the things that came back with us to Singapore!

However, the only scar to this trip was on the first day when we went to watch the Thai Girl show. The experience that I had thought I sought was traumatising and disturbing! For the better half of the acrobatic show, I had either my eyes closed or straying to anyway but the stage. The drink that came free with the ticket was left untouched - in fear of the actual contents and cleaniness of the coke. Fortunately, the intense shopping experience diluted the trauma. Being the short memory shortie that I am, I managed to focus on shopping in the latter part of the holiday. Phew!

The best ambience place that we went was the Kokoa place that Porn brought us to! (His driving skill is comparable to mine! He drove into the opposing direction lane!) Wow! Nice! But pretty ex for the standard in Bangkok. Shall post the pictures shortly.

Overall, the trip was full of laughter and fun! What do you expect when Ms Yip is there too, right? Her unglamness and comical acts were so hilarious that we ourselves became unglam, laughing out extremely loudly! And imagine, all the Thai people being so gentle and soft-spoken, but there we were, howling away with mirth?! U.N.G.L.A.M!
Plus this is the first holiday but definitely not the last with my bestie! Well I know she can't stand my wishy washy-ness but I guess that's part of the reason why we are different right?!
