Okie, I am starting to get a little excited... Later in the evening, I will be flying to Langkawi with my team for an away trip! The initial plan to go Koa Samui was aborted after the alert was sent out wrt Thai... Nevertheless, everyone's real hyped up as the time to fly nears.

The only thing about this trip is that my nose is running, and my throat is itching... I couldn't go to the basketball game tonight, in fear that I will die of the sudden attack of breathlessness... One less exercise, and one more unhealthy meal..

After drinking the herbal tea Jason bought, I am proud to say I did not need the plums! 我吃得起苦！But now is the time to sleep - in order to enjoy the trip to the fullest - I need to get better... ZZzzzz
